Know what happened
Email timeline
Drag emails out of Outlook, or tag them with a project category or Gmail label. Tendorra reads them and builds a dated timeline of what happened, with every entry linked back to the email.
Milestones found for you
Approvals, contracts, finance and completion are picked out of the emails and marked as planned or achieved, so you can see where the project stands.
Ask the timeline
Ask in plain English, such as "when was the planning permit issued?", and get the dates with the entries they came from. No more searching your inbox.
Follow-ups
Threads waiting on a reply, including requests in your sent emails, are listed so nothing is left hanging. A scan runs every morning at 8.

Items that need a client's approval are collected from emails or added by hand, with the quote, the date asked and whether they've answered.

Drop in the builder's programme and each revision. Dates are compared with the baseline, and queries to raise with the builder are tracked until closed.
QS reports and progress claims
Drop in a QS report and every trade line, certified amount and percentage is read into a claim-by-claim view. Payment certificates are generated from it.
Contract dashboard
Contract value, commencement, period, practical completion, liquidated damages, EOTs and variations rolled into one view that updates as the registers change.
EOT and variation registers
Drop in a claim or notice, check what was read, then edit, track and export the register as CSV or PDF.
