Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Tendorra website and service. By creating an account or using Tendorra you agree to them. If you use Tendorra for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for that company.

Private beta

Tendorra is currently in private beta and access is by invitation. The service is provided free while in beta, features may change or be removed, and we may limit or end the beta at any time. We'll give notice before charging for any feature.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.
  • You must be at least 18 and use Tendorra for business purposes.
  • Only the company owner and people they nominate can submit quotes on jobs, as set out in the product.

Your content

You own the documents, emails and information you put into Tendorra. You give us the right to store, process and display it to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers as described in the privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including emails and documents received from others.

AI output and checking it

Tendorra uses AI to read documents and suggest entries, figures and updates. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a suggestion to help you organise information, not advice. You are responsible for checking it against the source documents before relying on it, and for any decision, payment, certificate, notice or claim you make or issue using it. Tendorra does not provide legal, financial, engineering, surveying, quantity surveying or other professional advice.

Jobs, quotes and engagements

Tendorra lets companies post jobs and quote on them. Tendorra is a platform and isn't a party to any agreement between companies. Each company is responsible for its own quotes, appointments, fees, insurance and licences, and for the accuracy of its profile and credentials. A "verified" badge means we've checked the documents provided at that time, not that we endorse the company or its work.

Acceptable use

  • Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
  • Don't try to access other companies' data, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape it.
  • Don't use the service to harass, mislead or spam others, or to build a competing product from our content.
  • Connect only mailboxes you're entitled to connect.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tendorra available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during the beta. Keep your own copies of important records and export them regularly. We may update the service and these terms; if you keep using Tendorra after a change you accept it.

Fees

There are no fees during the beta. If fees start later, the plan prices on our pricing page apply (in AUD, excluding GST) unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tendorra is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on AI output or from content added by users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is nil during the beta).

Ending your use

You can stop using Tendorra and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@tendorra.com.au.
